呂祖科技公司成立於2013年，主要業務是汽車和電梯相關的安全零配件生產與銷售。其中關係企業-lujuo科研創新技術實驗室，設立於中國廣東，負責新創產品及綠色新能源之研發、設計、實驗。

歷年新創產品有:智能防盜電池、汽車(電梯)安全反衝器、雙拱防撞樑、液浮發電機...等。

2019年7-11月，裝置反衝器的三輛實驗車，在台灣ARTC車測中心，陸續完成三次實車撞擊測試，根據碰撞檢測報告，實驗車高速碰撞造成車內駕駛與乘員的傷害，其傷害指數是全球最低最安全，裝置反衝器的Toyota Rav4實驗車，升級成為全球最安全的汽車。
